Mission Statement: To create a Christ centered ministry for jobseekers in transition in Cobb County and surrounding areas with a commitment to serve all residents.

Mission Vision: To create a jobs ministry that will meet with the goals of giving:
1. Spiritual nourishment 2. Tactical Job advice 3. Networking / Accountability focus 4. Mentoring through use of career coaches (industry guides - mentors).
General Goals:
Create a ministry to serve blue collar and professional persons in transition. The emphasis is to get networkers to expand their network. The long term goal is increase the pool of people networking (Blue Collar & Professional).
